Privacy notice

The UDSAA platform records alumni registration, professional details, membership payments, event registrations and support offers to administer the association and connect its community.

What the directory shows

Public directory profiles appear only after administrator verification and your explicit consent. They may show your name, programme, graduation year, city and country, professional role, employer, industry, interests, contributions and optional profile photograph.

Your email, phone, student identification number, payments and event registrations are available to you and authorized administrators. They are not shown in the public directory.

Your choices

You can edit your professional details and withdraw directory consent from your member profile at any time. Edited profiles are reviewed again before public display. Contact the association to request corrections to identification details or discuss account closure and data retention.

Account and service data

The service uses an authentication cookie when you sign in. Passwords are stored as hashes through ASP.NET Core Identity. Contact messages and support offers are accessible to authorized association administrators. The contact form records messages for review; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Administration

The association should confirm its official privacy contact, retention periods and applicable policy before public launch. External links take you to services with their own privacy terms.
